Meditation…
“I don’t know how”… “I used to meditate”… “I can’t slow down my mind to meditate”… “I meditate…. sometimes”… “I can’t sit still that long”… “There isn’t enough time”… “Life is so hard, how can I sit in stillness?”…
So many reasons to not meditate! I invite you to join the 21 Day Restful Reiki Renewal. This 3-week meditation opportunity is now offered seasonally. I dreamed up this idea and was able to bring together teachers the summer of 2021 to host our first “meditation challenge” and the feedback has been positive. We have come together as a community of Reiki teachers to create this offering, and I hope you will join us. The 21 Day RRR is a wonderful way to practice 30 minutes of meditation each day for 21 days- in a community. You can practice live at 7:30am MT/ 9:30am EST, or listen to the recording when you can’t be live. Join us, we start this Friday with the New Moon, April 1, 2022.
Meditation is a practice and it takes practice to learn it. So if you are a beginner, or if you once meditated but don’t have a strong practice, or if you DO have a strong practice, join us, as this 21 Day “challenge” is such a great way to practice. With the Japanese art of Reiki connecting the teachers and the circle, it brings an even more grounded energy and flow of energy to the meditation. You don’t have to have a Reiki practice to join, just have the desire to commit to your own meditation practice for 30 minutes for 21 days. You can do it!
11 teachers have come together for this Spring 21 Day RRR… this gives you a variety of teachers, each teacher teaching 1-2 times through the 21 days. Each meditation is basically a grounding meditation with guided hand positions to practice self-Reiki- and guess what, you don’t have to “know” Reiki to connect and to participate.
All of the information is at the Circling Together website- register there and you will receive the Zoom information and information about the recordings each day. I am grateful for all the teachers who have come together to offer this practice and to the people who participate. It is a simple and beautiful way to practice self-care in community.
