Join us for a special weekly lunch hour that offers a peaceful respite in your busy week, designed for women ages 35-65 who are dedicated to caring for others, often at the expense of their own well-being. This gathering is a sanctuary where you can explore personal growth and find support within a community of like-minded individuals.

During our weekly circles, you will engage in meditation, boundary-setting exercises, and grounding practices, specifically for those who are always on the go but need to pause and breathe. It’s a place where you can safely express yourself, listen deeply, and receive the gift of being heard—all without judgment or crosstalk.

Refresh & Renew provides a space to gain new perspectives and reframe thoughts that may be holding you back from living in your truth. Through shared stories and wisdom, you’ll discover strength and hope, learning that you are not alone in your experiences.

Whether you’re struggling to recognize your own needs, find it hard to ask for help, or wish to foster better communication with your loved ones, this group will offer the tools you need. Embrace the chance to reset and refresh midweek, allowing yourself to feel connected, energized, and motivated.
