- Help the energy in your body/mind spirit move and balance, bringing relaxation, calm and ease of pain.
- Use this grounding/meditative tool to help you ease anxiety and sleeplessness.
- Stay grounded in your body and not take on everyone else’s energy and try to fix everyone around you.
- Open up to your intuitive senses and energetic awareness as powerful paths to healing.
Our time together will be a weekend of self-care, person growth, and Reiki knowledge, including:
- guided meditation
- journaling and self-reflection
- a brief history of Reiki- including a Reiki workbook
- Reiki atunement
- energetic boundary & grounding tools practice
- time to practice Reiki, reflect and share
$250 for class & Reiki 1 certification, organic gluten free lunch provided the first day.
